Some Pharaoh hounds do have a tendency to be squint-eyed, just like Siamese cats. Normally Pippi doesn't squint this much - I think it might have something to do with getting a camera stuck up in her face :). –fotrristi

....less than that. Plus it is on backwards. Plus it was a heck of a time trying to figure out how to put it on, obviously. Plus it is for a taller dog - at least one who will sit up higher than Mr. Ted can. It is definitely not the right style for a dachshund. But, he has more costumes to try on later with hopefully a better fit... including more $9.99 'specials.'

I babysat Billy all day. He is adorable. I love that puppy, sweet as pie. As you see Simon knows he is the center of attention so he does a pose for me.
Billy and Mylo are learning. Mylo is worried that Billy may be moving in with us since he has spent the last two days with me. I took some wonderful shots of them sleeping. I will post soon.

This is Kaz, our Golden Retriever puppy, lying outside his bed (covered with his blanket), resting his chin on the edge.
This was just perfect timing as he wasn't in this position for very long. I'm sure dog lovers around the wWrld can testify, they don't stay still for long at this age. :-)

My old girl continues to do so well. She is eating good amounts for a change and actually looks like she has put on a couple pounds. There aren't as many boney areas sticking out. She still likes to play with Benni despite the fact that Bubba is monopolizing his play time. She just butts in and barks Bubba off. She has never had any self confidence problems when it comes to the dogs in our home pack. She is now about 14 and 1/2 and going strong. I am blessed! –Doggies Are From Heaven
